All our staff have passed a rigorous professional training and development programme, which includes modules on Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Manual Handling and many more (please ask for details).

Additionally, our staff attend each assignment dressed in full uniform. Certified nurses’ wear white polo shirts, whilst HCAs wear purple. And everyone carries a tamper-proof badge with a clear photograph for personal I.D.

How it works

You discuss your staffing requirements with us, including the type of service you require, together with the shift pattern. Then we match your criteria against our extensive staff database to find you the perfect fit.

Finding the right candidate can take a few days, during which time we provide regular updates on how the recruitment process is going. But if you require the vacancy filling immediately, don’t worry. We provide healthcare professionals who can start at very short notice.
